If you need help logging in, please call Gold Customer Support on 0330 333 7003
You must order a minimum of £400 (excluding cigarettes, tobacco products, and manager specials promotional lines) to qualify for our free delivery service
You must check your order for any shortfalls on delivery and fill in a credit request form for our driver.
You must be available to accept delivery on the specified delivery date – for the entire day. Although, where possible, we will try our best to meet any timeslot requests.
You must pay for your delivery via card at the point of delivery unless you have a Direct Debit payment facility with us.
You must pay your invoice bill in full and contact us after delivery if you feel you owed any outstanding credits.
